"I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed a pepperoni and mushroom slice. It was genuinely one of the best slices of pizza I’ve had in the city. The sauce was incredible and the dough has the perfect mix of crisp and chew. They have a few counter seats inside and a couple outside so you can enjoy your pizza in the sun. This spot is owned by a very friendly couple who id be happy to support either way, but I will truly be daydreaming about this pizza until I’m back. I sadly did not get a photo for this review because it looked too good to wait - next time! Editing one week later: today we brought home Lorenzo’s Pie and it was amazing. The topping combo is exactly what I always crave when I want pizza. The dough and sauce were just as good as when I had the slice there last week - love to see that it’s consistently this awesome, and very happy to have a new favourite pizza spot in the neighborhood"
"Small neighbourhood pizza spot serving up some great slices. Got one cheese slice and one pepperoni and mushroom slice. The crust was thin and chewy, the char was perfect, and the the toppings were tasty. Bonus points for the welcoming old-timey vibe, and the huge size of the slices for what you pay. A welcome addition to the neighbourhood!"
"Finally had the opportunity to try out Lorenzo’s. It was worth the wait and the hype is not only real but justified! Our new favourite pizza! What a treat for our neighbourhood! So light and crisp and the toppings were wonderful. Can’t wait to try the rest of the pies. Also, friendly and kind service from the couple who are working so hard to keep up with demand without sacrificing their obviously high standards. Will be back soon! 🍕"
